Hire Taxi Japan offers a transfer package plan include ERFS certifications. All customers are required to book a HTJ package. Other details are below.

A round-trip airport transfer (One way only for working holiday plans)

ERFS certification and VISA documents support

Refund conditions
100% refund for before we send ERFS certification requests on Gov database.
The fee of issuing ERFS certificate (5,000yen/15,000yen per person) won’t be refunded after the ERFS certification is provided. No transfer fee will be refunded unless you will not arrive Japan.
