01Licensed, green-plate vehicles
We operate under a Kanto District Transport Bureau licence with green-plate vehicles, not white-plate. Our licence and Tokyo travel-agency registration numbers are published in the footer of every page.
02Chauffeurs selected for precision
Every HTJ chauffeur is a Japanese national, chosen for precision, discretion and local knowledge. English is mandatory, and your chauffeur's details are sent to you before pickup.
03Tracked, met and kept informed
Flights are tracked, airport pick-ups include a meet and greet, and our support team stays in direct contact with you and your chauffeur before and during the journey.
04One fixed price, confirmed in writing
Your price is fixed and confirmed in writing before you travel. Payment is made online in advance, so there is nothing to settle with the chauffeur on the day.
