The journey begins
at the door.
Private transfers across Japan — English-speaking drivers, fixed prices,
and the quiet confidence of knowing every detail is handled.
A quiet room
on wheels.
For individuals, couples, and small families. Your driver handles the luggage, holds the door, and navigates the city in silence or conversation — your choice. The spacious bench row seats up to four with room to breathe.
The standard never changes.
Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth, the door opens the same way.
Arrive as you
mean to continue.
Individual executive seats with extended legroom and full recline. Reserved for those who treat the journey itself as part of the day. Preferred by business travellers, private clients, and guests arriving at hotels where a first impression matters.
One driver, one contact.
We don't dispatch. Your driver knows your name before you land.
Nobody left
at the kerb.
When the group is too large to split, the HiAce keeps everyone together. Ample luggage space means no compromises on bags. The same English-speaking driver, the same fixed price, the same standard of care — scaled up.
The safest vehicle
is one we built ourselves.
Most private hire companies outsource maintenance to third-party workshops they have never visited. We do not. Every tyre rotation, engine overhaul, and transmission service in our fleet is handled by our own nationally certified mechanics — the same two people who decide whether a vehicle leaves the garage or stays grounded.
This is not a selling point we invented. It is simply how we have always operated — and it is why we have never had a mechanical failure on a live booking.
Scheduled Daily Inspection
Every vehicle goes through a structured daily check before it enters service — fluid levels, lights, brakes, tyre condition, and cabin readiness. Nothing is skipped on a busy day.
Same-Day Repair & On-Site Response
Mechanical issues are resolved the same day — either in the garage or on-site if necessary. Replacement parts are dispatched immediately. No booking is compromised by a delayed repair decision.
GPS Fleet Tracking & Automatic ETA
All vehicles are GPS-tracked in real time. ETA is captured automatically and relayed to the operations team — not estimated, not guessed. Guests and coordinators always know where their vehicle is.
AI-Assisted Vehicle Anomaly Detection
Sensor data is monitored continuously. Unusual patterns — engine temperature, fuel consumption, brake response — are flagged before they become failures. We act on signals, not symptoms.
TPMS — Tyre Pressure Monitoring
All vehicles are fitted with TPMS. Any drop in tyre pressure triggers an immediate alert — visible to the driver and the operations team in real time. Flat tyres do not surprise us.
Engine Overhaul & Transmission Work
Full disassembly, rebuild, and gearbox replacement are handled entirely in-house. We have the tools and the certification to do work most private hire operators cannot — and do not outsource.
No hybrid.
By deliberate choice.
We respect what hybrid technology has achieved in fuel efficiency. We also understand what it costs in commercial, high-intensity daily use — and we have chosen differently.
When a hybrid vehicle's electrical system triggers its failsafe — a documented event across multiple manufacturers, caused by overheating, software fault, or a loose electrical connection — the car stops. On a motorway. At an airport. In the middle of a guest's schedule. That outcome is not acceptable to us.
Every Alphard in the HTJ fleet runs a V6 3.5-litre petrol engine. No battery packs, no high-voltage systems, no failsafe shutdowns. The HiAce runs an inline-4 2.7-litre petrol — the same mechanical simplicity, the same unconditional availability.
This choice is only possible because we maintain every vehicle ourselves. Yuki Watanabe can address any issue the same day. No third-party garage. No waiting. No cancelled runs.
All vehicles are full petrol internal combustion — chosen for mechanical simplicity, field serviceability, and zero-tolerance for in-service electrical failure.
Child seats,
properly fitted.
Available in all vehicles. We carry the correct seat for your child's age and weight — rear-facing for infants, forward-facing for toddlers, and booster seats for older children. Select the type at checkout and it will be ready at pickup.
The safest position for infants. Supports the head, neck, and spine during travel. Rear-facing distributes crash forces across the whole body — the recommended standard for young children in Japan and internationally.
With a full harness and impact-absorbing shell for active toddlers. Some models in our fleet are convertible — usable rear-facing first, then converted forward-facing as the child grows.
Raises the child to seat-belt height for proper lap and shoulder belt positioning. Lightweight and easy to transfer between vehicles. Suitable for older children who have outgrown a full harness seat.
Two vehicles.
One formation.
When the group exceeds what a single vehicle can hold, we don't hand you off to a bus company. We send two — or three — of our own vehicles together, coordinated as a fleet. One lead driver, one group chat, one point of contact. Every vehicle in the convoy is ours. Every driver is ours. That is what makes it different from a chartered bus.
