Daniel is a true professional!! We hired his company for a day trip to Mt Fuji and we couldn’t have asked for a better host than him. Booking was easy through WhatsApp, and eliminated concerns as we had to transport a large group from our hotel near Disney to Airbnb. Our driver Sei was great. He was able to make our luggage fit, and get all us to our Airbnb destination with no hassle. When we arrived, he helped us locate the actual house, and made sure we were good before driving off. Absolutely loved my ride with Pierre from Haneda airport to my apartment! He was super friendly and made me feel right at ease—even offered to help with my bags and we had a lot of fun chatting in both Japanese and English! The car was spotless and comfy, and he drove carefully but efficiently. He even helped me carry my bags to my door!

Quick response for the query.  Car on time.  Wondful driver, fluent in   English.  Great car and  the driver Daniel was awesome in driving making sure we reached the airport on time. Sei Daniel n Shiro were our drivers and guides for our Japan trip. They were extremely polite, very helpful and proactive. They took us around Tokyo Osaka and Kyoto. Amazing service for the price you pay. It's easy to setup a pickup time and destination. Driver showed up promptly. After checking to make sure it was us who ordered the service, they loaded up our bags and off we went to the airport. Once we arrived, they unloaded the luggage and directed us to the correct area. Thank you to driver Yu for a seamless experience. Upon our return to Japan we will not hesitate to use this service again.
