Our driver Takuya was very punctual and professional. Pickup and drop off was a breeze and the communication was excellent. He also offered us rest stops and grocery pickup.

I arrived in Narita airport and a very welcoming friendly driver was there to greet me with my name on the sign so you can spot it easily in the arrival bay. He was very knowledgeable about Japan and places around the specific area where I was staying, it was a great 1 hour ride to the city. The car was basically a nice big silent van with plenty of luggage and space for 4- 5 people. Our tour guide Sei did not disappoint when we trusted his experience to take us to his recommended locations. With perfect weather the views of Mount Fuji were unrealistic. We had such a lovely experience! All the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially Ryu, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. Would highly recommend Hire Taxi Japan for your Japan trip. We were able to visit every site we wanted to, thanks to Ryu, who also spoke English quite well! :)
