Nous avons pris hire taxi pour un groupe de 11 personnes donc 2 voitures. Ils étaient présents lorsque nous avons atterri a Haneda, nous avions du retard mais les chauffeurs nous ont attendu et nous échangions via WhatsApp.
Pour le retours, ils étaient présents 30min avant le départ ce qui nous as permis de mettre toutes les valises et s'installer sans stress. Les chauffeurs à l'aller comme au retour ont été très agréable.
Nous sommes très contents de Hire Taxi Japan et nous referons appel à eux pour notre prochain voyage au Japon 👍

We highly recommend HireTaxi for your trip to Japan, especially driver Ryue Kawada and Taro. There were 5 of us, including my 82 year old mother with a wheelchair.
Ryue was very kind and helpful to my mother. Throughout our 11 day trip to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, Ryue was always very flexible whenever we changed our itinerary.
Ryue always picked us up at places closest to us, so we didn't have to walk far, which was very helpful since my mom is on a wheelchair. He tirelessly helped us in every ways, making restaurants' reservations, waited in line for us, looking for a place for us to return our wi-fi box, etc. It felt like a family.
Driver Taro was also good, he suggested that we left early to avoid the crowds. He took us to beautiful places to see Mt Fuji. He scheduled our itinerary so that we maximize our time. For example, while at Mt Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, he waited in line for us while we went on a jet boat, so we didn't have to wait in line. He prepared some bread cubes for us to feed the swans on Lake Yamanaka.
Both drivers also speak English well.

Taro was EXTRAORDINARILY good!  He was timely, friendly, and looked out for us during our tour.  He took us to several wonderful sites, explaining history and traditional Japanese customs along the way.  Being bilingual, we had great two-way communication.
