I arrived in Narita airport and a very welcoming friendly driver was there to greet me with my name on the sign so you can spot it easily in the arrival bay. He was very knowledgeable about Japan and places around the specific area where I was staying, it was a great 1 hour ride to the city. The car was basically a nice big silent van with plenty of luggage and space for 4- 5 people. Our tour guide Sei did not disappoint when we trusted his experience to take us to his recommended locations. With perfect weather the views of Mount Fuji were unrealistic. Great service, on time, professional driver, nice mini van ride with wifi.  Also most appreciative of last minute accommodation since made the booking online late Friday night for Saturday afternoon pickup to NRT. We had such a lovely experience! All the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially Ryu, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. Taxi Hire company did an outstanding job. They changed pick up destinations and arrival time without any fuss. The drivers were very courteous and helpful. At our request they even took a detour on our return journey to enable us see Mount Fuji and Kawaguchiko lake. We are very pleased with their service and would happily recommend them to our friends

Awesome service! I highly recommend! Our driver Daniel was super kind and patient. I miscalculated how fast we would be done with customs and he waited over an hour for me and my family to meet up with him. I felt so bad for keeping him waiting, he was so kind and professional.
