    They are very accommodating and very understanding. I got my appointment a week before my schedule just in case I won’t be able to hop airport’s shuttle bus. But as I arrived in Haneda and able to ride airport shuttle bus to my hotel. They let me cancel without charges. They ease my worries at the same time. If I will have an opportunity to be served by them again I will not think twice. I highly recommend this Hire Taxi Japan. Kind people, good service, and they also speaks english.

I had to change my flight plans and they changed the driver reservation without issue or extra fee. I had actually messed up my flight arrival date. The driver showed up and figured out that my flight actually arrives the next day. They were more than willing to change my booking again without an additional fee for the inconvenience.
