They are very accommodating and very understanding. I got my appointment a week before my schedule just in case I won’t be able to hop airport’s shuttle bus. But as I arrived in Haneda and able to ride airport shuttle bus to my hotel. They let me cancel without charges. They ease my worries at the same time. If I will have an opportunity to be served by them again I will not think twice. I highly recommend this Hire Taxi Japan. Kind people, good service, and they also speaks english.

I used Hire Taxi Japan as my private driver from Haneda Airport. I highly recommend them! Booking was very straightforward and they were accessible by LINE if I had any questions. I had to change my flight plans and they changed the driver reservation without issue or extra fee. I had actually messed up my flight arrival date. The driver showed up and figured out that my flight actually arrives the next day. They were more than willing to change my booking again without an additional fee for the inconvenience. My driver was waiting for me to go through the airport process of COVID testing, immigration, etc. Communication in English was no problem and paying by credit card was easy. Travelling to Japan right now is already stressful enough and Hire Taxi Japan ensures you don’t have to worry about the ride home!!

I booked Hire Taxi Japan to take me from Haneda Airport to home. I was highly impressed with the service provided from start to finish. Booking and communication was very easy over their Facebook page. They were very understanding and flexible to changes in pick up time and there was no extra charge for any delay. The driver was extremely professional, polite and kindly helped me with all my heavy bags! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.
